TAL.ANDERSON:: 

Tal Anderson grew up in Florida, but is now an L.A.-based actor (see acting portfolio) and filmmaker, most known for her roles as Sid in the Netflix series Atypical, and as Gia in the Prime Video series, As We See It.   She is a working freelance film editor and an AVID Media Composer Certified User, but works mainly in Adobe Premiere Pro.  She is additionally experienced in the use of DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut systems. 

Ms. Anderson has been a storyteller since childhood, where she recorded and made her own films using a hand-held FLIP video camera.  Her love of movies and telling stories, inspired her to receive her B.S. in Film from Full Sail University before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue her career in the entertainment industry. In addition to acting, she produces, writes, and directs independent projects, but her focus and passion in filmmaking is in all aspects of post-production including video and audio editing.

She is currently in production on her first SAG animated film, The Visitant, and recently completed post-production on a short produced for the CBS Leadership Pipeline called "Ser.en.di.pi.ty." Prior to that, she did post-production work on the Suzanne DeLaurentiis Productions feature film, They Crawl from Beneath, and a full edit of Man Haunt, an award-winning short film directed by Jeff Rose in Atlanta, GA.  Tal's recent documentary, Serendipity and Me, produced during the 2020 Covid lockdown, has been screened at 22 film festivals worldwide, and was nominated for several awards.
